I saw some of those signs in the tower basement this morning. I chuckled, because I instantly thought of something distinctly unrelated to New Rock 90. So who came up with that logo? Who decided that New Rock 90 would now be referred to as the "Torch"? I'm most curious. . . I only know one Torch, and New Rock is not it.
