"Do you have anything illegal in your car?"

Which maybe their supposed to ask the question but....I mean good lord what was I going to say?

Anyway got a citiation. Which brings me to my silly qustion. All the other tickets I got put the fee on the ticket. Aparntly with knox i have to call the city and ask them what my fee is.

Any reason for that?
