it's pretty simple, but i'm sure no one's going to try it. JUST STOP RESPONDING TO HIS POSTS.
it's a cliche, but what you, the blabbers, are giving him is exactly what he wants and why he stays around. he feeds off the negativity, the name-calling, the debating and the constant stream of responses he gets.
try this: from now on, when he posts something, simply don't respond. at all. when he jumps into an ongoing discussion and replies to something already posted, just don't respond to his post. see how long it takes for him to either change his name to something else or just leave. do you know how mad that would drive him?? it would be hilarious.

Actually, all that might mean is that I'd start responding to YOUR posts, and to GENE'S POSTS, and others...more often.
