First Ever Christian Sports Fantasy Cruise

Matthews, NC. �Aug. 3, 2001�NBA Legends David Thompson (Basketball Hall of Fame �96) and Bobby Jones (Phila. 76�ers, 10-Time All-Defensive team, 5-Time All-Star, NBA Champion �83), along with Professional Golfer J.C. Anderson, Charlotte Hornets strength and conditioning coach Chip Sigmon, Professional Soccer�s Scoring Title holder Kyle Rote, Jr., the Miami Heat�s Todd Fuller, Tampa Bay Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator Clyde
Christensen and others will be taking part in the first ever Christian
Sports fantasy cruise leaving from Miami on June 15, 2002 and returning on June 22, 2002. The event will take place aboard Royal Caribbean�s Explorer of the Seas�the world�s largest ship�and will feature sports fantasy opportunities and Christian fellowship. The cruise/clinics are designed for adults and kids of all ages and will feature autograph sessions, games and competitions with the athletes. Each athlete will conduct clinics specific to his/her sport and will offer hands-on teaching
and playing as well as Christian motivational speaking each night in the Explorer�s theater. Sports clinics available on the cruise include basketball, golf, football, strength/conditioning and fitness and nutrition, soccer and volleyball.
