Ah. I see once again you've equated commercial success with goodness. Will the new Cake CD (called Comfort Eagle) spawn any chart hits? No, probably not. But it is a very, very, very good CD nonetheless.

However, if you or anyone on your staff would like to test their music savy the rules (which are concrete and can't be manipulated) are:
1. As ranked by industry journal Radio and Records.
2. The list of songs is picked from the new releases for the chosen format.
3. Picks must be made prior to 12 noon for the Monday week of adds to format.
4. Tracking will be by RRonline.com.
As for Cake, their single "Short Skit, Long Jacket" went for adds and barely got any. According to both SoundScan and BDS their last outing was less than favorable.
Psst! Adrienne! Take the bet, stipulate some entertaining penalty for missed deadlines, and then predict that "Kajagoogoo: Retrospective '82-'85" will sweep the charts.
