"Comments: I'd like to see somebody explain why TennCare keeps devouring the budget. Between that and the money we spend on locking up harmless potheads, we could have the best schools in America."

I guess we should fogive all those that make a decision to break the law by allowing them to do so today and tomorrow when they are raping and killing innocent people to feed their addiction we should just turn a blind eye as well.
