Lookit! I wrote a metro blab song!

Posted by Pheebs , Jul 26,2001,08:15   MetroBlab

This is a song about my online pals on the Metro Blab. Okay? If you aren't in the song, maybe I couldn't rhyme your name. tee-ha!

The Metro Blab is a violent place,
Full of vindictive grace.
Bands and music and the school called UT
Are scorned and adorned in great hypocrisy.
Now Ian runs a board of flamers and geeks
And those who can pop open beer bottles with ass cheeks
And those who are smart, and those who are true,
Yes, one of those has got to be yooouuuuuu..........

Plum likes beer,
Julie has a brain,
Myra wants a rose,
Belle plays in the rain.
Zilla has got class,
Rev Jack likes Rolling Rock,
Gene is a hack,
There is no Mr. Spock.
JJJ is a psycho,
CD is a dancing freak,
Hank IV is so totally loco(l),
Metro Blab is not for the meek.
Evildog says evil stuff,
WTG likes photography,
Where have all the Scaramangas gone
Gigglypink and Izzy?

Baby, I'm sorry! I've been spending much time in other cities and having an absolute blast!

Too bad that K-Town can't get it's head out of it's ass and figure out what every other town has.

BTW: For those of you keeping score at home, four wheel drive is much better than two wheel drive. It's bright as yellow. Warm as yellow.

Truth be told, these days I don't drink much Rolling Rock. Amsterdam Mariner is only 50 cents more and quite a bit better. If Food City would stop being out of Tsing-Tao and Asahi, I'd drink those. There needs to be more "super crisp, super dry" beers.

Please oh please don't buy stuff at food city. It's an evil place full of pain and suffering and you don't want to go there. Look, go to bi lo or a nice package store.

Food City...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

Food City a pox on KVAT...a pox on it all

Tis sweet and dark
to wish death and lust unfullfilled
on your employer

A POOOOX. A POOOOOX

No way man, they have that neato make-your-own-six-pack option for when you're feeling experimental (or just plain mental, in my case)

And why does Newcastle cost so much around here? You get it in Florida for $6 and some change.
