I want Arnold Schwarzenegger to be governor. I do! For one thing, I don't live in California and don't plan to anytime soon. For another, Gray Davis is by all accounts a complete ass. And Cruz Bustamante sounds like one too. And anyway, could there be anything more American than an Austrian body-builder movie star becoming governor of a state where a third of the population speaks Spanish?

After all the hype, it's going to be really disappointing if he has to go back to making movies about robots.

any state that wants to elect an actor with no political experience, one that is a sexist who wont even attend more than 1 debate, is a state that is too far gone anyways. sure, elect him, and watch him fall on his ass in a year or so. this should be entertaining.

If I actually lived there, I wouldn't vote for him, I'd be boring and hold my nose and vote against the recall. But part of me would still be hoping that someone else would elect him.
