Let's see if anybody gets to read this before it's thrown 10 miles down the page by a slew of liberal-baiting and retorts.
The New Randall Brown Quartet will open for the Paula Kelley Band at Pilot Light this Wednesday. It's the Pilot Light debut for our whole outfit (minus occasional celebrity guest star Chris Cook).
Paula Kelley is pretty pop-sounding, in a nice way as far as the one song I heard goes. Also, the band and I pulled off a pretty decent first-practice-in-a-month yesterday, so confidence is high.
Maybe Friday I'll review our new practice space.
