Beats me. I suppose he hasn't actually been charged with anything, but nonetheless, this is a case of sweet justice. It has been said that you are innocent until proven guilty. That may technically be true, but in reality it is not. I admit it sounds nice, but sometimes when you have gum disease, you might have thought to brush sometime back. Rush wouldn't get a flip if whoever it is by any label "drug users, liberals, arch-conservatives, etc..." that they should be locked up and kicked out of the country; the arbitrary and capricious use of the law doesn't matter. Sometimes a little sweet justice will teach these people a lesson. Then again, bloated with power, along with indolence and pride and the servility of the masses, politicians and their ilk never learn. Personally, I don't care if he uses any and all drugs available to him. But again, sometimes sweet justice is fitting.
