Bill Ellis' (man, he's a great music writer) article on Paul Burlison and your buddy from Black Oak Arkansas. Sorry I never got to see him play; what a great tribute to have all those guitar luminaries praising his playing. I read that too. Yeah, Bill Ellis is the man. Even "Buckethead" of Guns and Roses praised him. I also went to Shawn's funeral, talk about sad. Not only was he one of the world's greatest guitar players, he was also one of the best damn drummers I've ever seen. Way before I ever picked up the sticks he dazzled my ass.
