Captain Yee left Guantánamo two weeks ago to return home, but he has yet to arrive. On Sept. 10 military officials arrested him on a layover in Florida and locked him in a military brig in South Carolina while he is being investigated in a growing military inquiry into spying at Guantánamo.

That would be right here in Charleston along with the alleged dirty bomb planner and who knows how many others.
The interesting thing is, there are "items" in the same facility on which terrorists would love to get their hands.
I guess security is security, whether it's keeping people in or out.
