"Ms Rice's comments seem to confirm that the White House was dissatisfied with the operation run by retired General Jay Garner in the aftermath of the combat operations in Iraq. Mr Garner was replaced by Paul Bremer, now head of the Coalition Provisional Authority."lets try this; if the white house cabinet is such geniuses at how to rebuild iraq, why dont THEY go over there and do it, instead of blaming the military for this fiasco? im sure these guys are doing the best they can, and sure as shit dont need some oil tycoon sitting in a cushy office chair in DC telling him he aint doin his job right(uh, has W even been to iraq yet??). not that W would know anything about combat anyway..unlike a certain general that might run for office would. yeah, thats right: a plug for Clark! i fit it in there!

I think he has spent too much time with Bill Clinton. He makes his friend look honest.
