John, John, John, John, John, Waylon and Aaliyah

Wayne, the only star to die and not be dissected by the media.
Lennon, profound loss, not enough time to say it all.
Kennedy Jr, more questions than answers, would he ever have stooped to politics?
Cash, the original MIB.
Ritter, too soon.
Jennings, that coin toss finally caught up.
Aaliyah- somehow STILL got more media coverage than all of the above despite the fact that her career was the shortest of all of them.

Actually, I think JFK Jr. was the media-coverage champ, with Lennon just behind. I was just listening to Aaliyah the other day -- "We Need a Resolution" came on the radio, what a great song. She and Timbaland were a perfect union of singer and producer. Not comparing her to Lennon or Cash or anything, but she made some fine music.

Hey JS, did you go to the Abby Pub last weekend, for the Drive by Truckers show? I hear their crowds are starting to get huge.

Oh yeah, and up from your comment on hairy people. I'm sorry we all can't come from a superior and very highly evolved gene pool such as the Sewells.
